JSC "Berdichev Machine-Building Plant "Progress" is one of the oldest enterprises of Ukraine: in 2000 the plant celebrated its 120-th anniversary . At present the plant manufactures filter, capacitive, drying and heat-exchange equipment, as well as equipment for household and industrial effluents treatment. The production of the enterprise is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, metal mining, mineral resource, coal, oil-and-gas, hydrometallurgical and food industry. Locking accessories are produced for almost all of the industries. The list of the manufactured goods extends constantly with respect to the market demands. The plant "Progress" can also produce any type of non-standard equipment according to technical documentation provided by a customer.

The production of the plant "Progress" has been repeatedly exhibited at prestigious international displays and was honoured with a number of awards. It has acquired a well-deserved and established reputation of a reliable, high-quality and efficient equipment. Currently the enterprise successfully supplies its output in many countries of the world: USA, Germany, Israel, China, Iran, India, Turkey, as well as in the countries of the Eastern Europe.

In 2000 German company TGA awarded the plant with the certificate of the quality system compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
