KrAZ vehicles conform to high standard requirements of Russia

HC “AvtoKrAZ” is carrying out constant work to increase the quality of the manufactured vehicles. As Russia is the most mass importer of the Ukrainian vehicles, at the end of October the production was examined with respect to KrAZ conformance to standards acting in the Russian Federation. The Kremenchug automobile plant was inspected by the experts of the world-known Central Research-and-Development Automobile and Auto-Motor Institute (NAMI, Moscow) and Reasearch-and-Development Center for Equipment Testing and Development (NIZIAMT, Dmitrov). Professionalism of the experts working in the most famous world-wide certification centers doesn’t need any advertising.

Inspectors have carefully studied the production level of the enterprise, have examined the training center, as well as testing-demonstration area. Particular attention has been drawn to the production standards and the acting quality management system.

The head of the committee, head of the department SATR-FOND Mr. K. Bidinskiy, has commented the increased level of the quality system at the enterprise in such a way: «We were even surprised in some way, as we did not expect to see a rather serious organization with respect to a few positions of the quality system.

We were pleasantly surprised by some elements in terms of production conformity provision and quality control. And the reason thereof is an outdated vision about KrAZ. Now we have seen a completely different vehicle – with a modern outlook, which modifications outnumber all imaginable boundaries. And when we were demonstrated KrAZ vehicles capabilities at the demonstration-testing area of the enterprise our assessment of the Kremenchug vehicle has considerably improved. It was a pleasant surprise that KrAZ – is rather a quiet vehicle.

We were impressed by a corporate culture: cleanliness of the plant territory, of the workshops and the departments. If the premises are clean, then they are in order. Here we have got added evidence thereof, as well as of the fact that we have come to a modern enterprise, as before we have seen few of such enterprises».

Conclusions of the visiting inspection were unique: KrAZ vehicles meet the highest requirements that are made by the standards of the Russian Federation.
