Quality management system implemented at “AvtoKrAZ” Holding Company has successfully passed scheduled auditing to meet ISO 9001: 2000 international standard requirements.
The financial audit was performed by “Citech Ukraine B.V” - official representative of TNO CERTIFICATION B.V, Netherlands, – and namely by the auditors Mr. O. Belogorskiy and Mr. V. Revin, leading international experts in Ukraine.
No non-compliance with ISO 9001: 2000 standard requirements has been found in the course of the auditing, the auditor has made special mention of high level of the company staff professionalism. Among the best divisions he mentioned those of unit, assembly and tool productions, automated control system department with computer facility. As the auditing results showed four-year’s work in quality management system and its continuous improvement has yielded good results.
The auditing results confirmed that quality management system at “AvtoKrAZ” Holding Company is effectively operating and developing in compliance with constant improvement principle and conforms to ISO 9001: 200 international standard requirements. The public accountants have noted high level of production standards at the enterprise.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has approved fourth edition of ISO 9001: 2008 standard. According to the joint communique of ISO and IAF (International Accreditation Forum) no new requirements are introduced. ISO 9001:2000 standard contains explanations for the existing ISO 9001:2000 requirements with due account taken of eight years’ experience in the implementation of this standard all over the world which is confirmed by almost one million certificates issued in 170 countries of the world. Enterprises and institutions have two years to confirm accordance of quality management system with the new standard.
