General Director of “AvtoKrAZ” Holding Company is among the most successful managers

“ГVardiya” rating magazine jointly with edition expert council appraised professionalism of the most successful managers of the best Ukrainian companies presented aces of aces - “Gvardiya rukovoditeley– 2008”.

Serguey Sazonov, General Director of “AvtoKrAZ” Holding Company, was ranked second in the rating “The most successful managers in Ukrainian automotive industry”. Roman Cherniak, General Director of Poltava Auto Aggregate plant, being a part of the holding company, was ranked the sixth.

In the general rating of the most successful managers Serguey Sazonov was ranked the seventy-fourth among 250 nominees.

The rating was based on system integrated approach taking into account managerial efficiency, competitiveness, product quality, sociability, level of social responsibility and business reputation.

In order to increase objectivity of the rating “Gvardiya rukovoditeley– 2008” for the first time ever methods and strategy were agreed upon by leading experts in Ukraine in economic field and by business representatives.
