KrAZ Supplies its Special Vehicles to Ukrainian and Georgian Mining and Concentrating Companies

Different models of KrAZ-based special vehicles have been supplied to Ukrainian and Georgian mining companies. The vehicles have been built in compliance with conditions of bidding that was won past year.

The MDKZ-40 two-axle multi-purpose winter service vehicle with detachable equipment based on the KrAZ-5401С2 new generation cabover dump truck has been delivered to Ukrainian miners of Krivoy Rog to Central Mining and Concentrating Company, part of “Metinvest”. It is powered with 7l diesel engine rated at 300 hp and meeting Euro-5 emission standard. Payload capacity: 10 tonne. Dump body capacity: 7 cu.m. The vehicle features antiroll bar, air spring brakes and ABS.

Aftermarket equipment made by “Spetsbudmash” (Brovary) includes 6,2 cu.m. sand spreader with maximum spread width of 12 m, 8 cu.m. tank for de-icers, sweeping equipment and almost 3 m long snow plough.

Their Georgian colleagues have received from domestic manufacturer the МВМ-41 sewage suction truck based on the 6х6 KrAZ-63221 off road conventional chassis. The truck features standard equipment and single wheels. Special equipment made by “Spetsmash” (Brovary) includes 10 cu.m. tank, pump with delivery of up to 600 cu.m./h, tank filling time: 7-10 minutes, maximum suction depth: 4,5 m. Previous year Kremenchug Automobile Plant supplied the KrAZ-7133С4 four-axle dump truck and the KrAZ-5233ВЕ platform truck with crane to this Georgian company.
